Good location, nice staff, but rough living quarters
Location is great—very close to Iloilo must-visits, ferry terminal, groceries and SM Centers. The hotel public spaces—lobby, pool, front entrance—look classy and elegant. The staff is friendly and helpful.
As others noted, the rooms need some work (as of 1/2023, when I visited). Insect issues, not terribly clean, and no mini-fridge in “standard” rooms. The place has great potential, if management invests in upgrading the rooms and providing a more comfortable experience.

Value for money, you get the basics accommodation. It's nice and clean, and staff are helpful.
Spacious room for 3 adults. Location is near the public market. Its handy if you like to experience the local produce. Swimming pool is also a bonus.

Very Good
The staffs were accomodating and the hotel were clean.
I don't like the idea that they don't have complimentary bottled water even just a single round. Also, the location is far from latest establishments.
